Q. What kind of products do you sell?

We specialize in women’s fashion, including gowns (party, evening, bodycon, A-line, short & long), dresses, tops, and trendy western wear. We also offer plus-size options and curated collections for every occasions.

Q. Do your product images reflect the actual item?

Yes, we aim for accuracy, but colors may slightly vary due to screen settings or lighting during photoshoots.

Q. Can I customize my order?

Currently, we do not offer customization. All gowns and dresses are ready-to-wear.

Q: Do you sell shapewear?

No, we currently do not offer shapewear. The Invogue, we specialize in stylish western wear, including elegant gowns, bodycon dresses, and occasion-ready outfits designed to make you look and feel your best.

Q. Do you have a physical store?

Yes, we are located at: Gallery 806, Near 5th Ave, Defence Colony Layout, Sainikpuri, Secunderabad, Telangana 500094.

Q. How do I place an order?

Browse our collections, select your desired size and color, add to cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your shipping and payment details, review your order, and confirm. You’ll receive an order confirmation via email.

Q. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD). All payments are securely processed.

Q. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions are encrypted, and card details are not stored on our site.

Q. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once processing begins, cancellations or changes are not possible. Contact our support team immediately if needed.

Q. How long will my order take to arrive?

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Q. Do you offer express shipping?

Not at the moment. All orders are delivered via standard shipping.

Q. Are there shipping charges?

  • Free shipping on prepaid orders above ₹1,500.
  • COD orders have an additional ₹99 charge.
  • Currently, international shipping is not available.

Q. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Unfortunately, once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. Please ensure your address is correct before checkout.

Q. How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. Use it to monitor delivery status.

Q. How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a detailed size chart with body measurements. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a comfortable fit.

15. What is your return/exchange policy?

  • Exchanges are allowed only for size issues or defective products.
  • A return or exchange request must be raised within 48 hours (2 days) of receiving the product.
  • Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.
  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
  • Unboxing the package video is must for exchange.
  • Exchange tag should not be broken if seal broken then no exchange
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns or exchanges.
  • Sale items and discounted products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Q. Can I return only one item from a multi-item order?

Yes, partial returns and exchanges are allowed.

Q. What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?

Contact our support team within 48 hours with clear photos of the product and packaging. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or exchange.

Q. How long does it take to process my exchange?

Once we receive the returned item, exchanges are typically processed within 3–5 business days.

Q. Do you offer refunds or store credit?

Currently, we process exchanges only. Refunds are not available.

Q. How do I care for my gown or dress?

  • Always follow the care label instructions.
  • Most gowns are best hand-washed or dry-cleaned.
  • Avoid soaking or drying in direct sunlight to prevent color fading.
  • Handle delicate fabrics gently to maintain the garment’s quality.
