We understand that occasional concerns around fit or product expectations may arise, and we are here to assist you with a seamless and transparent process.


By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. return / exchange request window

Customers are required to raise a return or exchange request within 48 hours of receiving their order.

 

To initiate a request, kindly share clear photos or videos highlighting the concern.

Requests submitted without sufficient visual proof may not be eligible for review.

Requests raised beyond the 48-hour window will not qualify.

2. conditions for return or exchange

A product will be considered eligible only if all of the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered 
  • All original tags, labels, and security tags remain intact 
  • The product is returned in its original packaging 
  • The item is free from stains, perfume, makeup marks, or damage 
  • The product is in a resalable condition 

All returned items undergo a mandatory quality inspection at our warehouse.

If the product does not meet the above criteria, it may not qualify for return or exchange and will be shipped back to the customer.

3. valid reasons for return / exchange

Return or exchange requests are accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect product delivered 
  • Size or fit concerns 
  • Manufacturing defect or damage 

Requests based on personal preference, change of mind, or event cancellations may not be eligible.

4. non-returnable items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Products showing any signs of wear, washing, or alteration 
  • Items with removed or damaged tags 
  • Products returned without original packaging 
  • Customized or altered items 
  • Accessories

5. final / clearance sale products

Items purchased during  Final / Clearance sales are not eligible for exchange/refund unless the product received is defective or incorrect.

6. exchange policy

Exchanges are processed based on product availability.

If the requested size or style is unavailable, store credit equivalent to the product value will be issued.

Only one exchange request per order is permitted.

7. return shipping & reverse pickup

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost when sending products back to us.

Customers are requested to self-ship the product using a reliable courier service.

8. store credit & refund policy

Invogue follows a store credit–first approach to ensure a smooth and flexible post-purchase experience.

Approved returns or exchanges will be issued as store credit.

Store credit may be provided in the following situations:

  • Damaged or defective product 
  • Incorrect item delivered 
  • Requested exchange size unavailable 

In rare instances involving verified defects or fulfillment discrepancies, refunds may be processed to the original payment method at Invogue’s discretion.

Store Credit Terms:

  • Valid for 180 days from the date of return acceptance 
  • Can be used for future purchases on our website 

Cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or converted into cash

9. easy return / exchange process

To ensure a seamless experience, please follow the steps below:

  1. Initiate your request within 48 hours via Email or WhatsApp 
  2. Share your Order ID along with clear images or videos of the concern 
  3. Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours 
  4. Once received, the product undergoes quality inspection 

Upon approval, your exchange or store credit will be processed

Once the returned product is received at our warehouse:

  • It will undergo quality inspection 
  • Upon approval, exchange or store credit will be issued
    Processing is typically completed within 7–10 working days after verification.

11. international orders

Currently, Invogue ships only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.

12. order cancellation

Orders may be cancelled only before they are dispatched.

Once shipped, cancellations will not be possible.

Invogue reserves the right to cancel orders under circumstances such as:

  • Stock unavailability 
  • Payment issues 
  • Incorrect shipping details 
  • Suspicious or bulk purchase activity 

13. product appearance disclaimer

To ensure a smooth claims process, we strongly recommend recording an unboxing video at the time of delivery.

This will help us assist you efficiently in case of any concerns related to damage, defects, or missing items.

While we aim to deliver your order within the committed timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or regional restrictions.
